Looking back on my career, it is amazing to see all of the great companies I’ve been privileged to be a part of, help grow and be successful. I started as the CFO and Chief Development Officer for Panda Express. Myself and other founders raised the growth capital, allowing the restaurant to grow from 5 to 300 locations in 5 years. After Panda Express, I helped build a start-up automotive company to $100M in revenue in 4 years. Then I served as the CEO and Strategic Advisor to four technology startups, returning each company to profitability and significantly increasing revenues. Leveraging my experience, I co-founded and partnered to create CDK Ventures, a merchant banking firm.
As an executive and leader in various companies and industries, my focus has always been to achieve value creation for shareholders. I accomplish this by understanding my customers businesses and providing solutions to help them improve the quality of the business services they provide to their customers.

Michael Roll
Michael is a successful entrepreneur as well as investor and advisor to early-stage SaaS and recurring revenue consumable companies. After graduating from UCLA, he started down the investor path with his first investment in FireScope Technologies. This quickly lead to co-leading a financing round for the company, which later became his first successful exit. As an advisor to start-up companies looking to grow their ARR, Michael helps founders navigate the hurdles that are met with every decision. As a Board of Director’s member to SecureTemps and Roll On Jade, he is involved in businesses that started with minimal early stage revenue sub $100,000, to Hyperice which was last valued at $750 Million.
Michael’s goals are always aligned with helping the founders he works with become successful in their respective field. He achieves this with a clear understanding of what every business in his portfolio needs, leading to a successful partnership.
